Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office while providing marketing and project management support. Your role will be central to helping us cement our reputation for solid results and attentive service.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, yet fun environment within an industry that rewards creativity and initiative. Your high energy and "can-do" attitude are vital in this fast-paced setting. Often the first line of contact for MDP, you must be outgoing and pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to give clients the best service possible as ours is not an impersonal office where people can't remember your name. Although we have tight deadlines and very public work that demands an unwavering attention to detail, we also have a relaxed atmosphere and a fun office with wall-mounted LCDs in the lobby and an X-Box in the boardroom. We like to play as hard as we work!

The ideal candidate will demonstrate friendly and professional interpersonal skills, a high level of integrity, be self-motivated and resourceful while displaying excellent organizational skills.
