Job Description
We are looking for a Copywriter who will work with our team to create communications that illuminate our clients’ brands in ways that engage, inform and move people to action. You are an expert at grasping a communication problem and offering creative solutions, particularly with all forms of interactive communications. You must be a quick-change artist who can spin stripped-down webspeak one hour and annual-report-type prose the next. And we want you to love grammar, please.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, yet fun entrepreneurial environment. Although we have tight deadlines and very public work that demands an unwavering attention to detail, we also have a relaxed atmosphere and a fun office with wall-mounted LCDs in the lobby and an X-Box in the boardroom.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop client content for web sites, print and collateral pieces
- Assist in the development of client proposals
- Develop project documentation
- Develop technical documentation as needed
- Write in a range of voices and styles for a variety of projects, with diverse audiences and concisely communicate complex or demanding subject matter
- Review marketing and creative brief with creative team to determine conceptual direction and copy strategy and to understand business objectives and marketing goals
- Collaborate with creative team to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style
- Act as liaison between Project Manager for gathering and forwarding required information to clients

- Ability to write concisely and clearly to get extremely technical concepts across to non-technical customers
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor a significant number of functions simultaneously.

- Ability to work effectively with shifting demands and rapid change
- Ability to work independently and closely with a cross-functional team
- Strong oral and written presentation skills
